I talk about how good things have been for me with God in my life and how I personally reroute stress, anxiety, and anger to peace, calmness, and joy instead. We talk about what habits have helped me most in these situations and how I actively work to change my perspective when these stressful moments come up.

Welcome to the Grow As You Go Podcast: with Michaela Diehl. My goal is to remind you that you are never alone in anything you are going through and that we are ALWAYS growing as we go.
