  • Stuff i did today
    • Sauna
    • Walk
    • Plan to do some weight training later today
  • Improvements so far
    • Better sleep except for a day or two
    • more rem sleep - about 15 - 30 min more
    • No munchies
      • This is huge
    • No naps
      • Not anti nap, but it does screw up my sleep schedule
