In Today’s Third Beer podcast, we have special guest Cato Sibthorpe, a young entrepreneur who has experienced the trials of life at a very young and bounced back with a personal vision to become the best person he can be.

Brett met Cato at a speech he did and was immediately amazed at his dedication to living life to the fullest at such a young age. Cato opens up about how one mistake when he was a teenager woke him up to realise, the path he was going down was leaving him empty. He speaks about his mental health through that time and gives advice on how to get through these low points.

We also learn that Cato has a business called Bonafide Fitness where he trains young men around his age to assist them physically, but also to bring a sense of brotherhood in their lives. Cato also has a main vision in life to work with school kids. He has been lucky enough to have already spoken at a school, to show them that life can bring so many amazing opportunities, more than what they think.
