He is also the founder and president of Jay Hodge & Associates—a Lean management consulting company specializing in strategy development, Lean leadership, and team development. Jay is a published author of The Lean Treasure Chest and Photos of Fatherhood. He says the legacy he works on every day is trying to leave people he interacts with feeling like he loved them.
