Today's episode is a special treat!  I am going to take you through a mini guided process, focused on the first step of my EPONA's Ritual.  I also share how this practice was born and different aspects or qualities of your breath as it relates to your nervous system.  


DISCLAIMER:  If you have PSTD, and find it difficult to do this type of work, there are other pieces that need to be addressed, such as tight psoas muscles* (which can happen with injury, trauma or sitting at a desk all day), which affect your breathing due to their attachment to your ribs and diaphragm.
