Major industry bodies have moved off island, taking their business with them; meanwhile, the island’s budding medicinal cannabis market continues to morph into a multi-million pound enterprise.
With concerns about diverted prescriptions continually being raised, and an island now flooded with cannabis, it is difficult to pinpoint exactly what is going on.
