Show Notes

In this episode, Rosie is joined by Harriet, from Nourish Yoga Training, an Australian yoga teacher who moved to Oxford to provide yoga training to yoga teachers. She talks about her passion for yoga, the importance of community, and her beloved narrow boat on the Thames.

Nourish Yoga Training facilitates journeys of exploration and transformation through their 200 hour, pregnancy & postnatal, and 300 hour yoga teacher training programs, and their vibrant program of continuing education. While training to be a yoga teacher is a program of professional development, they also know that it’s a process of personal transformation and growth.

Their vision is to foster a community of compassionate, informed and inclusive yoga teachers. Nourish Yoga Training do this by cultivating a person-centred approach to their work: they put people, rather than practice or dogma at the heart of what they teach and share. They gather evidence, listen to diverse voices, and celebrate people doing incredible work.
