Bill Filipiak (00:00) I'm just waiting on the right wave to ride I'm Al Porto, California, and the Americana Coast Podcast, this is your daily pep talk. Growing up, my dad would always tell us, when things are going well, watch out behind you, because that means something bad's coming. And as I got older, I started to think, what a way to live. Because not only are you struggling through the bad times, now, You're not even allowing yourself to enjoy the good times, because you're so worried about the bad times that are coming. I think it should be just the opposite. It's a shift from negative thinking to positive. When you're riding a good wave, ride that sucker for all it's worth and enjoy every second of it. And then, when you don't have a wave to ride and you're going through a hard time, anticipate that right down the road, there's a good wave coming, right? That way, you're always thinking positively. And you're always looking forward to something good instead of worrying about something bad. Keep that in mind today as you're going through your day. And always remember, be good to each other, kind to each other, and love on each other. Talk to you next time.
