Focal Point: the IMV imaging podcast

In this episode of Focal Point, we chat to Ross Kitchen, about setting up his new independent practice, Patch & Purr Vets.
Hosted by Sam from the IMV Clinical team and Craig Hoines, IMV imaging's Business Development Manager, we will discuss the trials, tribulations and triumphs of starting a new business, choosing the right imaging equipment and how IMV imaging can support new start practices.

Ross Kitchen, BVetMed MRCVS, has opened Patch & Purr, his independent practice near Saffron Waldon, bringing a personal vision to life after years of working in various clinics. With a passion for high-quality care and modern veterinary treatment without restriction, he designed the clinic from the ground up. The practice features separate waiting areas for cats and dogs, cutting-edge imaging technology, and a focus on laparoscopic spay. Ross is committed to growing his practice as he builds a trusted local presence.

Hello. I am the Scottish one, and I graduated in 2006. After working in mixed practice for 8 years and small animal practice for 5 years, a love of technology, diagnostic imaging and explaining how things work led me to join IMV imaging in 2019. As part of the Clinical Team, I teach and create educational material, like this podcast… I apologise for that thing I said that was wrong, and I should be pun-ished for my terrible jokes.
