Show Notes

Adding value is the key - This episode is sponsored by the Cluster for Logistics Luxembourg.
Adrien welcomes Stavros Evangelakakis, chairman of the Cool Chain Association. An aviation lover, Stavros walks Adrien through his three-decade long career at Cargolux, a leading cargo airfreight company based in Luxembourg (and well known to us as its CEO, Richard Forson, appeared on the show when this podcast first launched), where he's now focussing on the healthcare part of the logistics business.
Then they talk about his chairman role at the non-profit Cool Chain Association (CCA) which he co-founded back in 2002. Discussing the CCA's relentless mission to improve processes and global standards in the perishable goods and pharmaceutical products spaces, he highlights key examples that illustrate the fruits of the collaboration between its members and the association.
Finally, Adrien asks him why prospects should join the CCA if they want more insights into best practices linked to transporting temperature-controlled goods.

What is LuxUnplugged Podcast?

People from Luxembourg are quite familiar with the country’s discreet approach when it comes to blowing its own trumpet at the global scale. Despite its relatively small geographic print, the Grand Duchy punches well above its weight on the world stage!

This podcast is here to shed light on Luxembourg’s global influence from the perspective of two Luxembourgers living in London.
