Originally from Corunna, Ontario, Monica McDonald was raised Roman Catholic but has recently begun to peer down other spiritual paths to build a more deep and dynamic relationship with that part of herself. Along with being a wife and dog mama, she loves finding beauty in the natural world as well as creating jewelry and art in her spare time. Monica has previously worked in Toronto as a makeup artist in the entertainment industry but moved to Hamilton 4 years ago where she currently works at Architect Hair Design and Hendry’s Barbershop (with Yuri!) as a barber.
