Criminal Justice Evolution

In this short solo episode, Patrick Fitzgibbons challenges a dangerous misunderstanding about strength: the belief that strong people are supposed to be unaffected by what they experience.

First responders, leaders, and high performers are often praised for their toughness and composure. But being strong does not mean you’re immune to stress, trauma, or emotional impact. It simply means you’ve learned how to function under pressure — not that pressure leaves no mark.

Patrick explores the hidden cost of pretending nothing gets to you, and why acknowledging impact is not weakness — it’s awareness.
