Julie Wolfe (Owner, TruHR Solutions) is a results-oriented Human Resource Professional with over 20 years of experience. Her main objective is to build trust, align herself with leadership and assist in initiatives that drive the bottom line. Her areas of impact range from Strategic Management, Organizational Development, Employee Relations to all things Compliance. Julie specializes in reducing liability though implementing sound policies and programs. Her professional Human Resource career began in 1993 with Price Club/Costco. It is here that she discovered her true passion for people and creating impactful programs and policies that support business initiatives. Since then, her career has taken her to various companies such as: Paramount Picture, Emplicity (HR Outsourcing), and Shlemmer Algaze and Associates (Architecture & Interiors). Through her consulting career, she has worked with various small to medium sized companies spanning many industries. Her passion for people and her love of coaching and mentoring drives her daily interactions. Julie earned her Bachelors of Psychology and Sociology from Cal State San Bernardino and currently sits on the Human Resources Advisory Board at Cal State Long Beach. Her speaking engagements include the USC yearly panel for the Real Estate development class, guest lecturer for various CSULB Leadership classes as well as a guest speaker on OC Talent Talk Radio.

Lisa Pinkard Ornelas (Co-Owner) is a results-oriented Human Resource Professional with over 25 years of experience. Her main objective is to build trust, align herself with leadership and assist in initiatives that drive the bottom line. Her areas of impact range from Strategic Management, Organizational Development, Employee Relations to all things Compliance. Lisa has a keen eye in identifying areas of liability and improvement and provides creative yet compliant solutions. Her ability to be flexible, adaptable and relatable has allowed her to be successful with all that she has come in contact with. Her professional Human Resource career began in 1987 with Price Club/Costco. It is here that she discovered her true passion for people and creating successful programs and thorough policies that support business initiatives. Since then, her career has taken her to various companies such as Best Buy and Emplicity (HR Outsourcing).Throughout her 18+ consulting career, she has worked with numerous small to medium sized companies spanning many industries with her most recent experience in Non- Profit, CPA Firms, Hospitality,Medical and Manufacturing facilities. A few of Lisa’s accomplishments consist of siting on the Advisory Board at Cal State Long Beach, a guest speaker on OC Talent Talk Radio and KNX 1070, as well as numerous speaking engagements and workshops throughout Orange County. Lisa is also a graduate of the MAP program and holds her Green Belt in Six Sigma and has recently completed a 6 month leadership development program through Brainard Strategy. She currently holds memberships in SHRM, PHIRA and has her PHR. We look forward to exploring how we can help you maneuver through this crazy thing we call Human Resources!
