We're joined by Dr. Felicia Song, Yale Christian Fellowship Alumna, and Professor of Sociology at Westmont College. Drawing on her own experience with transition, Dr. Song provides a number of useful insights about connecting relationally with colleagues, developing a healthy work/life balance, and partnering with Jesus as an academic.
