Renaye Thornborrow is leading a worldwide mission to bring life coaching and mindset skills training to children. Since 2013, her company, Adventures in Wisdom, has certified hundreds of coaches in more than 30 countries, helping them create a business they love as a life coach for kids while empowering children around the world. Life coaching is a game changer for children as they learn how to build confidence, resilience, and mindset skills for life — and it is a game changer for coaches as they increase their impact and income while doing their work in the world serving children. Renaye is a personal development expert and author of the Adventures in Wisdom Life Coaching for Kids Curriculum — a powerful story-based coaching curriculum that coaches use to help children develop 27 mindset skills to be confident and prepared to thrive in life.
She is also the author of
A Parent's Guide to Life Coaching for Kids: When to Add a Coach to Your Parenting Team. Renaye is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and former 3-year board member for the Association of Coach Training Organizations (ACTO). She is a retired corporate marketing executive and the proud mother of 22-year-old twins: a son and a daughter. Adventures in Wisdom is an ICF CCE (Continuing Coach Education) provider.

Dr. Irena O’Brien teaches coaches and care professionals how to achieve better results for their clients through neuroscience.
She is the founder of Neuroscience School, which helps practitioners understand and apply insights from cutting-edge neuroscience research. She loves seeing her students gain confidence in their ability to evaluate neuroscience findings and use them successfully in their own practices. Her Certificate Program in Neuroscience is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for Continuing Coaching Education credit.
Dr. O’Brien has studied neuroscience for 25 years and holds a Ph.D. in the field from the Université du Quebec à Montréal (UQAM), where she did brain-imaging studies. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the Centre for Language, Mind, and Brain at McGill University.
