Today on The Sound, we're joined by folk blues artist Charlie Parr. Parr, who lives in Duluth, has an immeasurable presence in the Minnesota music scene. Since the early 2000's, he has released 13 albums, performed shows all across the nation and become a frequent guest of Winona's Midwest Music Fest. He joined KQAL's Bill Stoneberg over the phone to discuss his remote set at this year's festival, his recent self-titled record and how he's adapting to the COVID-19 pandemic.
