Dr Karen Faisandier, from the Integrative Practice, on chronic stress, the 'endurance phase' of stress and the term languishing - those who have spent a considerable time in lockdown (Australia, I'm thinking of you) this year will be well familiar with the concept. Dr Faisandier is a clinical psychologist with a holistic approach to wellbeing and has just launched her free six week course Project Revive to help you work through optimising wellbeing.

Dr Karen enjoys lifelong learning focused on nutrition, integrative medicine, and holistic mental health. She has completed postgraduate modules with the
Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM) and is currently furthering her study in clinical nutrition. She is also a member of the
Australasian Integrative Medicine Association and is passionate about educating and inspiring the public about integrative mental health through articles on her
