In the second episode of "Psychology in work and organization", we have Leoni van der Vaart as our guest. Leoni is a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Psychology at NTNU, and is also a adjunct professor at the North-West University in South Africa.
Leoni has conducted research using the self-determination theory, and in this podcast she will give us an introduction and insight into the features, research and practical use of this theory within work and organization. Hosts of the podcast are the professors Marit Christensen and Jonas Vaag.
