Should we hold women accountable in the same way we hold men accountable for discouraging and hurtful behaviors toward other women? Why is this reality a taboo topic? Today’s guest is Antonia Hock - the Global Head of the Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center - where she consults internally and externally with some of the biggest brands in the world to apply the extraordinary principles that have made the Ritz-Carlton a first-class brand. I met Antonia after reading an article she penned for Swaay titled “Women Against Women: The Workplace Discrimination You Need to Know About”, and was draw to her captivating intelligence and dedication to women’s leadership, health and wellness. Antonia shares her thoughts with me on hypocrisy, discrimination and the uncomfortable feelings that sometimes arise, along with the concept of modern leadership.
