The Puma Fast R3 is a new race shoe designed for speed and lab tested to be more efficient than anything else on the market. Priced at $300, it competes with shoes like the Nike Alphafly 3 ($285) and Asics Metaspeed Sky Paris ($250). In this epsiode, I give an overview of the Puma Fast R3, take it out for some miles and let you know my thoughts.
