While Detective Jasmine Alicia (Chezale Rodriguez) surveys the scene of an explosion her partner, Detective Harriet Shepard (Betsy Bruce) survived, she meets her FBI counterpart, Special Agent Francis (Greg DeBenedetti). Meanwhile, Detective Shepard checks in on her old partner, Retired Detective T.J. Ramos (Erik Estrada), and comes across an explosive puzzle.
