Jazz Kitchen Coastal Grill & Patio and Beignets Expressed are Now Open
Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen has a new look, a new name and new menu. Jazz Kitchen Coastal Grill & Patio, is described as "a modern, casual and fun celebration of the Gulf and Pacific coasts."
The new all-day menu features long-time favorites plus new selections such as Lobster & Crawfish Sliders, Chile-Spiced Honey Glazed Grilled Salmon, Gumbo LA-LA filled with succulent seafood, the Grilled Open Faced Lobster BLT Po-Boy and the Reef & Beef, an entrée of grilled shrimp and braised short ribs. The contemporary menu pairs with an expanded California wine list and seasonal seaside-style cocktails.
And don't forget the beignets. Beignets Expressed is a counter-service spot serving New Orleans beignets either classically (fried and topped with heaping mounds of powdered sugar) or as specialty glazed beignets, dipped, drizzled, and sprinkled in flavor. Selections include Snickerdoodle, Fruity Crunch and Bananas Foster.
New! Clyde’s Hot Chicken
Clyde’s Hot Chicken is a new food cart located near the Disneyland Monorail station. It serves Nashville hot chicken on a stick, handmade fresh daily and available in three heat levels. If you want the heat, Disney says to try the Hot as Cali with cayenne and habanero spices.
