स्थानस्य प्रभावः

कस्मिंश्चित् वने चोराः एकस्मिन् कुटीरे वसन्ति स्म । कदाचित् राजभटैः चोराः गृहीताः, कारागारे स्थापिताः च । कदाचित् एकः साधुः वने अटन् तमेव कुटीरम् आश्रितवान् । एकदा वर्षाकाले कश्चन युवकः पत्न्या सह वृष्टितः रक्षणं प्राप्तुं तस्मिन् कुटीरे स्थितवान् । साधोः मनसि दुर्भावना उत्पन्ना । दम्पती गन्तुम् उद्युक्तौ तदा साधुः छुरिकां गृहीत्वा यदा तयोः समीपम् आगतवान् तदा मनसः दुर्भावना अपगता । पुनः यदा कुटीरं प्राविशत् दुर्भावना उत्पन्ना । किमर्थम् एतादृशः व्यवहारः इति चिन्तयन् आसीत् साधुः तावता कुटीरस्य इतिहासं जानन् युवकः उक्तवान् 'चोराणां भवनाभिः एषः कुटीरः कलुषितः अस्ति' इति । अनुक्षणम् एव साधुः तं कुटीरं त्यक्त्वा अन्यत्र गतवान् ।

In a forest, thieves lived in a cottage until royal guards captured and imprisoned them. Later, a sage took shelter there. One rainy day, a young couple sought refuge in the cottage. The sage developed evil thoughts but lost them when he approached them with a knife. However, upon re-entering, his wicked thoughts returned. Confused, he wondered why. The young man, knowing the cottage’s history, said, "This place is tainted by the thieves who lived here." Realizing this, the sage immediately left the cottage.

सम्भाषणसन्देशः इति संस्कृतमासिकपत्रिका (https://sambhashanasandesha.in) । एतस्यां पत्रिकायां प्रकाशिताः लेखाः, कथाः, बालकथाः, वार्ताः इत्यादिकं सर्वम् अपि सरलसंस्कृतेन एव प्रकाश्यते । तत्रत्याः “बालमोदिनी”नामिकाः बालकथाः अत्र प्रसार्यन्ते । अतः अस्याः शृङ्खलायाः नाम अपि “बालमोदिनी” एव । लघु गात्रं, सरला भाषा च कथानां विशेषः । प्रत्येकं कथा काञ्चित् नीतिं बोधयति । बालकथाः आबालवृद्धं सर्वेषां प्रियाः । संस्कृतेन ताः श्रोतुम् उपलब्धाः भवन्तु इति एषः प्रयत्नः श्रोतृभ्यः अवश्यं रोचेत इति विश्वासः । संस्कृतक्षेत्रे संस्कृतेन पॉड्कास्ट् क्रियमाणाः एताः प्रप्रथमाः कथाः इति सगौरवम् उद्घोष्यते ।
