This episode honours and celebrate some of the amazing, trailblazing women that have come before us, and radically transformed life as we know it.
The purpose is to highlight how far we've come as a society, and how much we've moved the needle over centuries... but there's still much work to be done.
After all, it wasn't until the mid 1950's that single women in Canada were able to open bank accounts, and we stopped viewing women as dependants of their husbands or fathers.
