Remote Ruby

Welcome to Remote Ruby and thanks for joining us! We promised we would bring one of our guests back and we followed through! Today, we have Steve “Four-peat” Polito joining us, and the first thing Andrew wants to talk about with him is geriatric millennials! When the guys finally get back on track, we find out from Steve, who’s a Developer at thoughtbot, how the team works there, and he details how his previous job really helped set him up for what he's doing now. We also learn about the thoughtbot gem Suspenders, his exploration into using the Rails Notes command and adding comments, the process of how Steve works with their client’s developers, and he shares some other cool projects he’s interested in exploring besides finishing up on building Rails Auth from scratch. Go ahead and download this episode now to learn more!
