WE Earth Radio: Conversations That Make A Difference with Michael Stone and Guests

In this episode, Michael and Betsy Polatin explore the “expanded self” and how embodiment practices and awareness can connect us to the deep natural healing capacity of our bodies' innate wisdom. They also discuss ways to deepen their safety and belonging through body exploration and how to connect with the natural design of the human body, by connecting with the earth and social bodies.

"Each of us has an everyday self that we assume our self to be. But what if there is more to us than meets the eye? What if there is an expanded version of our self that includes not only the habitual patterns, the lost parts, and the innate organization but also a connection to the grand, scintillating space of the universe and the possibilities it offers us?" ~Betsy Polatin
