After 10 years of 1:1 coaching, one of my biggest “aha’s” happened about a month ago.

And it has everything to do with the way in which you coach.

I think this mindset helps me be a great coach.

And the opposite mindset actually hurts a lot of coaches because they coach from a posture that actually isn’t as good for the client (but on the surface it “feels” good for the coach).
