Castillo de San Marcos National Monument it si registered under U.S. National Register of Historic Places
It was Built between 1672–1695
It’s coordinates are 29°53′52″N 81°18′41″W

Added to NRHP on October 15, 1966

The Castillo de San Marcos (Spanish for "St. Mark's Castle") is the oldest masonry fort in the continental United States; it is located on the western shore of Matanzas Bay in the city of St. Augustine, Florida.
It was designed by the Spanish engineer Ignacio Daza, with construction
