When Craig Foster was asked to set up an innovations lab at HomeServe to answer the question: "is this an opportunity or is this a threat?" He never expected they would develop something that would lead to him turning down a promotion, and starting his own business. LeakBot is the flagship product of Ondo InsurTech plc, and Craig is on a mission to get it installed in every building with indoor plumbing across North America and Western Europe.
