Former Colleagues

Justin Sullivan is a recipe developer, food writer, culinary producer. After some time fooling himself into thinking he wanted to be a software engineer, Justin spent 2 years tossing dough and manning wood-fired ovens in some of New York's best pizza shops, and went on to work at Delish doing every job they'd let him do: dishwasher, chicken finger theorist, on-camera talent, and many more. He is currently a content creator for Food52, where his eclectic recipes and kitchen tips have garnered millions of views. In today's episode, we discuss imposter syndrome, learning to take a bet on ourselves, and why everyone should get fired (once).
