Covering in the Workplace

“Covering” refers to the ways in which an individual conceals certain aspects of their identity in public due to a fear of backlash, discrimination, and/or bias. In this episode, MBA Student Fellow Narjis Premjee interviews Marco on covering his sexual orientation in the workplace, how he chooses when to cover and uncover, and what employers can do to make workplaces more inclusive for members of the LGBTQ+ community.
