Inner Warmup

Adrienne Maree Brown said "there is no way to repress pleasure, and expect liberation, satisfaction or joy." That means, we must understand what feels good to us in order to fully experience the pleasure, liberation, satisfaction, and joy that we all deserve. Many of us were taught to feel with our minds, not our bodies. Yet our bodies give us signals, our bodies tell a story about what is pleasurable, what feels good. So, the question on the table is what feels good in your body?

What is Inner Warmup?

This podcast is where your inner work begins. Each season, we skip the small talk and get straight into: nuanced conversations about self-care and inner work where you’ll feel understood instead of overlooked, practices you can try as soon as the episode ends, and reflective prompts that connect you and your experience to the conversation.
