Tim Cooley's Advice for Entrepreneurship & Business Leaders is to pick up the phone and reach out to others without selling and build a meaningful relationship with the person on the other side of the phone because are worth so much more than a one time sale.

1. There are good ideas and then there are KILLER IDEAS, just because you have an idea for something, doesn’t mean you should always do it.

2. Scale from 0 - 40k is hard, but it gets even harder when recruiting your first employee and now you need to make 80k to pay both of your salaries, once you reach 10 employees it because less of an issue.

3. Having business DEBT is good if you can make it work for you.
