Architecture of Self

In Episode 10 of The Architecture of Self, we take the full method out of theory and put it to work.

Using the question, “Why am I so tired when nothing else is technically wrong?” Tom walks through the full Architecture of Self process: the Architecture Scan, No Ask, Ask Backwards, Finding Factors, and Big Ask.

The episode shows how an ordinary question can be misleading without being wrong. Sometimes the first question is only the symptom. The work is learning how to reduce it until it becomes the simplest honest question that still belongs to the original problem.

This episode brings Season One together and shows how Foundation, Frame, House, Misalignment, and the full methodology work in real life — not as theory, but as use.

What is Architecture of Self?

The Architecture of Self is both a framework and a methodology for understanding why people, businesses, and institutions so often solve the wrong problems. It examines the deeper structure shaping the way we think, choose, and build, then it uses the Ask Backwards methodology-a process for breaking complex problems down into simpler, more honest questions-to find clearer, more truthful solutions.
