Jamie starts out by talking about the importance of having a positive mindset and focusing on the fact that there are people in the world that are starving to death- and they would give anything for the opportunity to be in the position where many of us are, where in order to  achieve our goals we have to eat non-processed foods, go to the gym regularly, etc…    He then tackles the issue of many people claiming to struggle with anxiety in America.
