I'm just waiting on the right wave to ride

Hello from El Porto, California and the Americana Coast Podcast. This is your daily pep talk. All right, so I'm on my walk. You can hear the ocean in the background if you're not watching the video. You're just listening to the podcast. You can hear it all. And I'm walking along and I look down and lo and behold, boom, a beautiful sand dollar. Perfect condition. I hadn't seen one in a while and I did. stopped and I thought for a second, I'm like, man, where have they been? I haven't seen a good sand dollar in quite a while.

And you know me, I have to turn everything into a metaphor. And I'm like, you know what? That is so much like life. You can be searching and searching and searching for something, trying to make something happen. Nothing, nothing. And then boom, there it is. So just words of encouragement. Don't give up. Don't stop searching for that sand dollar. You keep going. Keep your head on a swivel and keep looking.

You never know when, boom, it's going to pop up. Meanwhile, be good to each other, be kind to each other, love on each other, and we'll talk to you next time. ⁓
