The problem with the real estate industry is that everyone just goes on telling people what they should do, what works, what does not, and it has led some people to really bad paths.

Why? Well, for various reasons! On being that these people don’t even practice what they preach. 

At Channel Junkies, we only talk about a full-proof system that has been working for us and plenty others that are using it. We don’t recommend anything that we haven’t tried out for ourselves and fully integrated into our own business. 

So everything you see and hear from us is our personal experiences of relocating and building a real estate business off of YouTube. 

It took us a while to figure things out. I personally kept experimenting and doing different videos, and it wasn’t until we finally cracked the code that we started sharing our YouTube for real estate playbook.
