It taps into energy you didn’t know you had, clarity you did not see with before and massive motivation by a having a greater purpose. In this episode we discuss how to develop your why and why it's important to reassess as you continue to grow. When you are powered with a clear purpose, there is little you cannot do.

Questions to help develop your why:

What makes you feel most happy?
How would it help you to make an extra $1500 every month?
Why do you workout or want to get in the habit of working out consistently?
What do you want to be remembered for?
What makes you feel proud?
If you keep doing what you’re doing are you ok getting what you’ve been getting in a year from now? In five years from now?
At the end of your life what will you look back on and regret not doing if you don’t do it?
What motivates you to do what you do for work?
If you could live life by design, what would your typical day look like?
