सर्वमेव भवतः विधानम्

कदाचित् सुप्रसिद्धस्य साधुश्रेष्ठस्य चैतन्यदेवस्य भक्तः श्रीवासपण्डितः स्वस्य गृहे चैतन्यदेवस्य सङ्कीर्तनसभाम् आयोजितवान् आसीत् यत्र सर्वे अत्यन्तं भक्त्या भागं वहन्तः आसन् । तन्मध्ये अकस्मात् श्रीवासस्य पुत्रः‌ मृतः । नितरां दुःखितः अपि सः सभायाः भङ्गं कर्तुं न इष्टवान् । अत्रान्तरे चैतन्यदेवेन अत्र किमपि अशुभं घटितं स्यात् इति अनुभूतम् । चैतन्यदेवः अवदत् 'भवान् पुत्रशोकं परित्यज्य मम सेवासुखमेव श्रेष्ठं मतवान् । इतः परम् अहं भवतः पुत्ररूपेण स्थास्यामि' इति ।

Once, the devoted follower of Chaitanya Deva, Shrivasa Pandita, organized a devotional gathering at his home where all participated with great reverence. During the event, his son suddenly passed away. Though deeply grieved, Shrivasa did not wish to disrupt the sacred assembly. Sensing an unfortunate event, Chaitanya Deva spoke, “You have forsaken sorrow for the joy of my service. From now on, I shall remain as your son”. Such was Shrivasa’s unwavering devotion.

सम्भाषणसन्देशः इति संस्कृतमासिकपत्रिका (https://sambhashanasandesha.in) । एतस्यां पत्रिकायां प्रकाशिताः लेखाः, कथाः, बालकथाः, वार्ताः इत्यादिकं सर्वम् अपि सरलसंस्कृतेन एव प्रकाश्यते । तत्रत्याः “बालमोदिनी”नामिकाः बालकथाः अत्र प्रसार्यन्ते । अतः अस्याः शृङ्खलायाः नाम अपि “बालमोदिनी” एव । लघु गात्रं, सरला भाषा च कथानां विशेषः । प्रत्येकं कथा काञ्चित् नीतिं बोधयति । बालकथाः आबालवृद्धं सर्वेषां प्रियाः । संस्कृतेन ताः श्रोतुम् उपलब्धाः भवन्तु इति एषः प्रयत्नः श्रोतृभ्यः अवश्यं रोचेत इति विश्वासः । संस्कृतक्षेत्रे संस्कृतेन पॉड्कास्ट् क्रियमाणाः एताः प्रप्रथमाः कथाः इति सगौरवम् उद्घोष्यते ।
