That is the topic for today because when I came out of the retreat expecting the reviews to be a certain type of content, thought that people were gonna talk about the things they learned and the editing skills and the confidence they gained in creating. But something very unexpected happened for me. And I'm gonna play an audio from a video right now that's gonna explain it for you probably better than I can."

But sometimes we just get so caught up in what everyone else is doing that we really forget to tap into our very own creativity."

It wasn't a magical editing skill that I taught them, which I did teach a lot of little editing tips. But it was more about the big picture, the different way to approach it, a different outlook on how to make the content. And that woke me up to the fact that I do wanna talk about it more in the studio as a broad overarching topic."

We're gonna break it down on kind of how we did it at the retreat, but, obviously, an in person experience is more valuable because you're getting that condensed, that condensed learning as well as experiencing it. And I do think experiencing it in a group setting makes a real difference. But I'm gonna try really hard to bring that to the studio meetings for the month of November. That is my goal."

So we're gonna try and work on the mind this month coming. So the couple of things that I wanna talk about is what it looks like for a creator who is very stressed about what they're hearing from other gurus. For example, don't post outside your niche because that's gonna confuse the algorithm. And let me be the one to tell you something."

But still, even with my own content when I'm posting, that freaking algorithm, no matter how much off topic content I put out, Vacation, boom boom boom. That did not confuse the algorithm because when I put a tutorial out that I had recorded ahead, I batch created and I had tutorials so that every four videos or so, like I usually do, I make sure a a tutorial goes into the rotation."

And every single time, the algorithm knew the tutorial's there, that's her content, and that's the one that got the views. So it didn't confuse... It wasn't confused by me posting something that I enjoyed making, dancing with, you know, dancing along the streets of of of Italy or filming in front of a waterfall or sharing something that happened or..."

So doing that consistently has been a win for me, and it didn't confuse the algorithm all those years. The algorithm still knew when I posted a tutorial, that's what my audience wants, and that's the videos that got pushed out. So you see, what I'm saying is I kept the experience fun for me always. Commitment to your craft is equal to having fun."
