Ondaanimad likes nothing more than to go fishing.  Whether he is by himself or with friends, fishing is a peaceful and calming experience that he looks forward to as the ice and snow begin to melt and the rivers and lakes open up with a new populations of fish.  Ondaanimad produced this podcast with the hopes of sharing not only his love of fishing but also his earnest resect for the Ojibwe language that he is learning as a student of the Niigaane Program at the Bug O Nay Ge Shig School.

A series of podcasts featuring students of the Niigaane Language Immersion Program at the Bug O Nay Ge Shig School.
4th - 6th grade students of the program wanted to share with others the words and phrases they are learning that express the joys of the spring season.
