Amateurs show up when they feel like it, Professionals show up when they don't . . . but it isn't enough to just "show up". Show up day in and day out and putting in the reps like a pro--doesn't make us grow. And it won't cause us to reach our goals. But, when we take time to reflect, and be intentional with our reps and with our training--that is what causes us to grow. Have you taken time to pause and reflect? Or are you just pumping out mindless reps?
