We hear the words Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion a lot.  But what does it REALLY mean?  And, if a nonprofit is asked about how it shows up in this space, can it even explain any sort of intentionality around that?  Or are they just empty words?  If they are only words, donors will see through that and may decide to pass on funding your institution.  Skip this episode at your own risk!
