We sit down to get to know Meredith Swindle former College Softball All-American and Superstar at Stetson University as a Pitcher and Power Hitting DH. She tells us how she hates to lose and how CrossFit not only made her a better athlete but reduced the number of nagging injuries she had. She talks about how she switched from Playing Softball in Italy to Competing as a CrossFitter at the Italian showdown and everything in between. She will be competing at the Syndicate Crown with the hopes of making it to the CrossFit Games.
