Aimee is on a mission to end the unnecessary pain and suffering in the world. She uses group and one-on-one programs and workshops along with group speaking engagements to take her listeners on a journey of self discovery. She shares her stories of personal trauma, hardship and adversity to inspire others to take ownership of their own thoughts, feelings and reactions to turn their lives around.
