This experience has led me to reflect on the balance between introspection and extrospection. While self-examination is crucial, I've learned that overdoing it can be detrimental.
It is about shifting focus from internal worries to the external, illustrating how our attention pivots based on what we deem important. I’ve also found that deliberately focusing on our senses, especially hearing, can ground us in the present and make our surroundings come alive.
