**Trigger Warning**

Discussion about James’ career, importance of inclusion and the Society of Radiographers Equality Diversity & Inclusion Group, Equalise.

To use this podcast as CPD, look at these reflection points:
1) Consider how interactions with patients can differ at pre-treatment as a patients first visit to the radiotherapy department compared to treatment appointments.
2) Reflect on a time you have interacted with a non cis-gender or heterosexual patient and consider how you tailored this interaction more to meet the patients specific needs, and how you could have tailored this more.
3) Look around in your department and at the resources you provide to your patients and reflect on how these could be made to be more inclusive and welcoming to a broader ranger of patients.
