Sometimes what matters most is our mental health. I mean, it always matters, but sometimes we need to prioritize it above other things.

In this episode, I had an open conversation with a couple of my coaching peers, Mari Wuellner and Darci Daniels, about anxiety and depression.

Darci is mom to a teenage daughter and @moose.the.corgi(Moose the Corgi), a daughter, sister, friend and coach at darcidanielscoaching.com. She loves to work with people who are either entrepreneurs or in charge of their own destiny and schedules.

Mari Wuellner is a mom of 3 and a wife. She also owns an insurance agency and a coaching practice at mw-coach.com. She loves to help women live a life of purpose. Mari is also the host of The Living on Purpose Podcast.

Mari, Darci and I each shared our personal approaches to the questions;

  • How did you figure out that you have anxiety?
  • How does anxiety impact your life and work?
  •  How do you work with, through, and/or around your anxiety?

Now, you will clearly hear how different our approaches to dealing with mental health struggles are. None of us are medical or mental health experts.
