Remember, your attitude is like a price tag, it shows how valuable you are.
We need to tap on all our senses to reach highest potential . After attending many development programs and coaching, I was able to understand the potential of my mind and reach my peak performance.
I was upset when being criticised and not being appreciated and tend to brood over it for long time. Now I am able to manage my thoughts and not to take it personal. I am very sensitive to voice and tone of how people perceive me.
Don't under-estimate the power of your mind and continue to feed your mind with positive images and affirmations. When faced with difficult situations and people, use resource angle to calm myself and remain composed.
Tapping mind more using prayers and visualisation before an event, meetings or even before things happen.
I hope that through my sharing, it draws inspiration and personal reflection for you. I believe every woman has the potential to be a leader in your own way.
