KMOJ's Community Viewpoint

In Part 3 of Black Men Mental Health Month, we will continue to dive into a crucial conversation on recognizing when it's time to seek help for mental wellness, with Guest Marques Armstrong, Adoniyah Isreal, and Pastor Brian. For too long, mental health struggles in the Black community, especially among men, have been stigmatized or overlooked. In this discussion, we’ll explore practical ways to identify the signs that may indicate a need for support, and how to approach seeking help with confidence and self-compassion. Prioritizing mental health is essential for personal growth, stronger relationships, and overall well-being. Let’s break the silence and build a path toward healing and empowerment.
